On or about 12/23/2022, at the jobsite at 34006 Torrent Lane, Wesley Chapel, FL., employees were exposed to eye injuries, in that, protective eyewear was not being used while operating a pneumatic nail gun to install ridge and valley flashing on new residential housing.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about 12/23/2022, at the jobsite at 34006 Torrent Lane, Wesley Chapel, FL., employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet 2 inches, in that, fall protection was not used while installing ridge and valley flashing on a 6 in 12 pitched roof.
