29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b)(13):  a) On a job site located at 29535 Imperati Blvd, LOT 5504, Wesley Chapel Fl:  On 07-22-2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet 4 inches, in that, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized fall protection while conducting flashing and other roofing activities on a one-story roof of a residential home  The GWR Central, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1640886, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-06-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 34006 Torrent Lane, Wesley Chapel, FL.
