1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. 29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: Location: 1 Congress St, Boston, MA -21st floor On or about December 28, 2022, an employee received an electric shock when he was exposed to an energized and unguarded power circuit when he made contact with an uncapped 277 volt lighting whip while installing ceiling tiles.
