29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles and objects while using pneumatic framing nail guns.  a) At 896 Geranium Dr: On or about December 28, 2022 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless they have been specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  a)  896 Geranium Drive:  On or about December 28, 2022, and at times prior, the employer permitted employees to work from a job-made work platform that was being elevated by a CAT rough terrain forklift that was not approved for use by the manufacturer exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 14 feet 5 inches.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At 896 Geranium Dr. Fairhope, AL: On December 28, 2022 at or about 10:20 AM and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities without using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 14 feet to the ground below.
