29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3):Unauthorized personnel were permitted to ride on powered industrial trucks. A safe place to ride was not provided where riding of trucks is authorized. At 404 E Industrial DR, Gerald, MO 63037, On or about December 29, 2022 employees of J.C. Finley Company, Inc were exposed to fall and struck by hazards from employees riding on the forks of a powered industrial truck while conducting maintenance on overhead light fixtures.
