29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Warehouse - On or about December 29, 2022, the warehouse exit door was locked with multiple slide lock latches to secure the exit door. Thereby exposing employee to hazards associated with fire or other emergency evacuation hazards.
