29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in the areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  A)	On or about 12/29/2022, at the site of 86-02 Palermo Street. Hollis, NY  Employees working on the ground were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and materials from other employees who worked above. Protective helmets were not worn.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:   a)	on or about 12/29/22, on the second floor of 86-02 Palermo Street. Hollis, NY  Employees working on an unprotected second floor edge were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 20 ft. to the ground.
