29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.  a) Lot #18 at 2010 Manor Pointe Drive, Cumming, GA 30041, The employer did not initiate or maintain a safety program to address and correct the hazards at the jobsite. Hazardous conditions observed by CSHO on 12/28/2022 included employee working without hard hats with overhead hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b  a) Lot 1 at 3000 Saint Thomas Dr, Gainesville, GA 30503, 3rd floor top plate. On or about 12/28/2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 22-feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.  Jibram Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupation safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1621480, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order date on 11/30/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Buffalo Rd, Palmetto, FL.
