29 CFR 1928.57(d)(1)(iv): Pulleys of V-belt drives were not completely enclosed or guarded by location whether or not railings are present. The open end of the pulley guard shall be not less than 4 inches from the periphery of the pulleys. On 12/29/2022, JP Ross Cotton Co., located at 23049 CR 732 in Essex, Missouri, did not ensure the v-belt drive on a Baldor-Reliance Super E motor was completely guarded.
