29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: a) Side Emergency Exit Doors - On or about 12/29/2022, employees were potentially exposed to fire hazards in that two emergency exit doors leading to the outside did not display an illuminated "EXIT" sign above it. The locked doors only had a printed red and white exit sign attached on the door.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Production Office / Production Floor - On or about 12/29/2022, the employer did not ensure that employees who worked with chemicals that have a high or low pH such as, but not limited to Sysco Classic Germicidal Ultra Bleach (pH=12.0-12.5), 30030 Degreaser (pH=13.7-14.0), 3023 Dish Machine (pH=13.3-14.0), 35400 Drains (pH=3.0-5.9), and 35401 Drains (pH=10.0-14.0) did not have the appropriate working facilities to use to quickly flush the eye(s) as well as a safety shower.
