A) On December 31, 2022, at 6431 SW 31st St, Davie, Florida, employees were exposed to 10-foot fall hazards while placing plywood on wooden trusses. B) On January 2nd, 2023, at 6431 SW 31st St, Davie, Florida, employees were exposed to 10-foot fall hazards while placing plywood on wooden trusses. SALDIVENA OF BROWARD CORPOPRATION was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, in OSHA inspection #1442286, Citation #1, Item #1, with respect to a workplace located at 606 NE 15th Ave, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33301.
