Employees utilized a Pettibone Telehandler to raise employees approximately 12' from grade on a platform to perform tasks, but the employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection. b) Worksite Lot #80 - On or about January 4, 2023, Employees were engaged in residential framing tasks. Employees utilized a Pettibone Telehandler to raise employees approximately 12' from grade on a platform to perform tasks, but the employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection.
