The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided.   On or about January 5, 2023, and times prior to, the floor accumulated oil and water, exposing employees to trip and slip hazards in the walkways in the lower bay area.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):  Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical   On or about January 5, 2023, and at times prior to, employees were exposed to injurious corrosive and toxic materials that were not appropriately labeled to warn employees about the hazardous nature of the contents. On January 5, 2023, and at times prior to, the employer did not inspect and provide maintenance on the following portable fire extinguishers in the workplace:  a) The fire extinguisher located on the east side of the upper bay; b) The fire extinguisher located in the middle of the upper bay next to the eye wash station.
