29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings shall be provided with guardrail systems. Guardrail system criteria are contained in subpart M of this part:  On or about July 11th, 2022, at 975 W. 48th Street in Miami Beach, Florida, Unit #N08, employees were not protected from a 12-foot fall hazard from the side of the stairs when traversing the area due to the lack of a guardrail system.
