29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location: site On or about 12/2/2022, employees on a site performing roof work were exposed to fall hazards up to 33 feet when fall protection was not being utilized. Manny's Construction Corporation was previously cited for a willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1524554, citation number 002, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/09/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 253 Sheep Davis Rd.
