29 CFR  1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.  At the store located at 690 Westfield Way in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, exit routes from the break/locker area, through the middle of the stock room on the West side of the store, were not maintained to provide employees with adequate (28 inch width) space.    (a) On or about January 4, 2023, the exit route was limited in width to ~12.75, 14.75, and 18 inches, and;  (b) On or about March 2, 2023,  the exit route was limited in width to ~22, 22.5, and 25 inches.  The employer routinely fails to ensure that exit routes are kept free and unobstructed as required by the standard, as demonstrated on January 4, 2023 and March 2, 2023, when exit routes were reduced in width in the stockroom of the Dollar Tree store at 690 Westfield Way in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.  Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 2, citation number 2, item number 1501569 and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1707 East Houston Street, Cleveland, TX.  Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1, citation number 3, item number 1500406 and was affirmed as a final order on April 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 611 E Chestnut Street, Junction City, KS.  Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1, citation number 1, item number 1406066 and was affirmed as a final order on July 19, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 241-50 Jamaica Avenue, Queens Village, NY.
