29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x):Flexible cords and cables shall be protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points. a) Holcim US, Inc., machine shop: On or about 01-06-2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an electrical hazard, in that the energized 120V electrical relocatable power tap energized cord that ran thru the cabinet wall was not protected against a sharp cutout.
