29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On the west side of the construction site, employees engaged in framing activities without fall protection were exposed to unprotected fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the ground below.

On the west side of the construction site, the employer did not provide an extension ladder where employees could access and egress the residential building upper levels, exposing them to potential fall hazards.

On the west side of the construction site, employees used the top step of a six-foot A-frame ladder to access the upper landings to install framing material on the residential home exposing the employee to potential fall hazards.
