Employee, who used a JLG aerial lift to get on to the roof to install sidings, did not wear a harness and tied of. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15):Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 1/4/2023, at the roof dormer area of the site, Williamsville, NY. Employee, who worked on installing sidings around dormer, were not protected by fall protections. Employee had slide guard on the 5 in 12 roof and had aerial lift basket parked in front of dormer, which measures were not considered to be complete fall protections. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
