29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: a) At Foam production area located at 830 Highway 42 South, McDonough, GA; On or about January 5, 2023, and at times prior, employees were potentially exposed to hazardous chemicals such as isocyanates, including toluene diisocyanate and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, while working in the production area. The employer did not conduct annual fit test to all employees required to wear 3M 6800 Full-face respirator.
