29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition.  a) On or about January 9, 2023, employees were observed filling buckets of ice and retrieving food/drink products in the "front line" and "freezer"; the employer did not ensure the floors in these areas were maintained in a dry condition where the employees were required to work.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):  Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical   a) On or about January 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that containers of hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to Spic and Span Disinfecting All-Purpose Spray and Glass Cleaner, which are utilized by employees during cleaning, were properly labeled.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(6): Deteriorating agents. Unless identified for use in the operating environment, no conductors or equipment shall be located in damp or wet locations; where exposed to gases, fumes, vapors, liquids, or other agents that have a deteriorating effect on the conductors or equipment; or where exposed to excessive temperatures.  a) On or about January 9, 2023 employees were observed washing their hands in the "Front Line" sink where 3 conductors were located; the employer did not ensure that the wet location in the "Front Line" was free of conductors and the conductors were not exposed to liquids which is a deteriorating agent.
