Knife Area - On or about January 9, 2023, employees were required to climb on the table for the purpose for set up without being provided a means of access and egress onto the 42.5" table deck, exposing employees to a fall hazard.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
