29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3) Safety instruction signs. Safety instruction signs shall be used where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures. ?On or about 12/28/2022, at 2165 NW 17th Avenue, Miami, Florida, the employer did not post a safety instruction sign on the wash rack at the plant informing drivers that hoppers were to remain in the down position when utilizing the wash rack to prevent the wash rack from shifting if a mixer truck drove away with the hopper in the raised position.?
