On or about 10 January 2023, Hollander Management Group Ltd dba. Bloom Medicinals located at 6700 Hwy N in Saint Charles failed to provide a written hazard communication covering forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training.

Windex and Fabuloso were contained in unlabeled clear spray bottles.
