29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) On or about: October 6th, 2022 Location: 25 South Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591 a) Employees were exposed to fall from a height of approximately 20 feet from a flat roof at the back of the house. Employees did not have fall protection system in place. b) Employees were exposed exposed to a fall of approximately 10 and 20 feet through the stairwell inside the new building construction. New set of stairs were not installed yet.
