29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about January 6, 2023, employee(s) performing plumbing work while using epoxy, primer, and diesel fuel were exposed to skin and eye irritation from hazardous chemicals used at the job site. This was most recently documented at a construction site located at 730 E. Magnolia in Salina, KS. The employer had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program.
