On the roof at a residence, located at 5255 Race Track road, in Saint Johns FL: On or about January 10, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed seven framing employees to hazards common to structural framing such as, but not limited to eye injuries, and fall and struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not initiate and maintain a safety and health programs as necessary for accident prevention to comply with this part, which addressed the following basic elements: 1. Management Commitment and Leadership 2. Assignment of Responsibility; 3. Identification and Control of Hazards 4. Training and Education 5. Hazard Analysis
