29 CFR  1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Reference: ANSI Z358.1 Emergency Eyewash and Shower Standard 5.4.4 The eyewash unit shall be located on the same level as the hazard and the path of travel shall be free of obstructions that may inhibit the immediate use of the equipment.  Building 13206: North End of Building:  On or before January 10, 2023,  employees were working with corrosive and other hazardous materials such as Ball Chemical & Equipment Company Concentrated Powdered Floor Cleaner & Degreaser and Sulfuric Acid from used auto batteries where an emergency eye wash station was blocked by multiple types of work equipment. Employees were exposed to severe eye burns or blindness.
