At the worksite located near 3600 Blue Ridge Road in Grandview Missouri 64030: Employees performing tree trimming work were exposed to shock, burns, and electrocutions, from working near power lines that were not de-energized and grounded. The employees were working inside the basket of an aerial lift next to energized power lines, without any insulation around them.
