OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees On or about January 11, 2023 employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10.5 feet without fall protection, employees are being raised on the forks of a PIV to the top of the third super sack at heights measuring approximately 10.5 feet in a warehouse storage site in Quincy, Illinois.
