29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) New residential construction located on Lot #7 of the Twisted Pines Subdivision, Dahlonega, GA 30533, First-floor top plate: On or about 01/09/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) New residential construction located at Lot #7, Twisted Pines Subdivision, Dahlonega, GA 30533, Second level: On or about 01/09/2023, and at times prior, The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet, 10-inches to the lower ground level, in that a ladder with side rails extending at least 3-feet past the landing was not provided for safe access.
