29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial forklift operators were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On January 9, 2023, and at times prior to, in Building C, Phase -4 area, the employer failed to ensure a forklift operator looked in the direction of travel when reversing a forklift, exposing an employee, to a struck-by hazard resulting in injury.
