29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On January 11, 2023, employees of Luna Roofing LLC were installing shingles on a multi residence building located at 268 Jungermann Road, Saint Peters, Missouri. Pneumatic nail guns were being used by two employees who did not don eye protection. The employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.

Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: On January 11, 2023, employees of Luna Roofing LLC were installing shingles on a multi residence building located at 268 Jungermann Road, Saint Peters, Missouri. The Owner and employees were working on the roof of the building approximately 11 feet above the lower level. The employees did not utilize guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. Luna Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1571686, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/15/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 460 East Highway N, Wentzville, MO 63385
