29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about January 10, 2023, employees were not protected from falls while performing residential roofing work. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than six feet. Your Choice Roofing & Repair LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1394001, citation number 01, item number 01a and was affirmed as a final order on June 11, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 20960 Highlander Dr. Edmond, OK 73012.
