29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(ii):Modifications or additions affecting the safe operation of the equipment were made without the manufacturer's written approval: a) Commercial Construction site Old Farm Rd. and Fairview Rd., Prattville, AL: On or about January 12, 2023, and at times prior to, the controlling employer, Webb Builders, Inc. permitted its subcontractor, Juan Baleon dba Juan Baleon, employees to utilize an attachment that had not been approved by the manufacturer on a rough terrain forklift.
