29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about January 12, 2023, employees working on the ground level of the residential building was not wearing a protective helmet to protect them from roofing scrap materials and equipment that may fall from the upper roof level where roofing work was being performed.
