29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i):29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  a) On or about 01/12/2023, On the exterior of the East side of the building, employees open a door on the third floor to access an exterior fixed ladder in order to perform maintenance and servicing activities on the AON Air Handler on the rooftop.  The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling when exposed to an unprotected edge up to 10 feet from the next lower level.  b) On or about 01/12/2023, On the rooftop of the East side of the building, employees lean over to hoist tools and equipment with a rope to perform maintenance and servicing activities on the AON Air Handler. The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling when exposed to an unprotected edge up to 15 feet from the next lower level.   ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
