Employees were exposed to an electrical hazard.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a)	This violation occurred on or about January 10, 2023, at the job site located at 319 Hidden Waters Drive, Lavon, TX, where employees doing masonry and siding work on a new residential single-family house and were exposed fall hazards to the lower level.

Employees were exposed to fall hazards:  (a)	First tier scaffold, two sections; three (3) planks each section. (b)	Second tier scaffold, two sections; three (3) planks each section.  MIGUEL VALDIVIA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.451(B)(1) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1538256, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 2A, THAT WAS ISSUED ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 14094 BERRYFIELD LANE, FRISCO, TX 75034.
