29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Apartment Complex structure; 9121 Pine Forest Rd. Pensacola, FL: On January 12, 2023, and at times prior; the employer exposed the employee to falls of approximate 20 feet to the ground below in that the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities in an articulated boom lift without first ensuring the employee was wearing a lanyard and harness that was properly tied off.
