This condition exposed employees to electrical and shock hazards.

(a)United Hardware Distributing Co. at 1102 West Milbank Avenue, Milbank, SD 57252: On or about and at times prior to January 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that electrical breaker panels within the charging room were accessible due to various items being stored in the area and blocking the panels within the charging room. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards associated with the blocked panels.

This condition exposed employees to health hazards, to include but not limited to inhalation, eye, skin and ingestion with regards the unlabeled containers.
