29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: Antifreeze Recycling Room 2097: On or before January 12, 2023, employees conducted antifreeze recycling processes which generated airborne ethylene glycol vapors. The employer did not verify work practice controls such as general exhaust ventilation adequately captured/removed airborne vapors and had not conducted employee sampling to determine reasonable estimate of employee exposures based on current chemical use and storage procedures. The employees were exposed to inhalation and eye hazards.
