29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Greenlight Fencing & Windows, 977 Arapahoe Circle, Louisville, CO 80027: On or about January 12, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in working from heights trained to recognize the hazards of working at elevation and trained in the use of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet on a two story residential roof without fall protection while installing windows.
