29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) On or before 01/12/2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that an employee worked near the top of an exterior wall, employee setting joists, rafters and framing on the third level worked near the edge of the building without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 30 foot exterior fall hazards and 10 interior fall hazards.
