29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) On or before 1/12/2023, the exposing employer did not ensure the employees were protected from injury while framing on the second level as well as the roof of the third level. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards ranging from approximately 28 feet and 12 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a) On or before 1/12/2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee framing a new three-story residential building were trained to recognize the hazards of working at elevation and trained in the use of fall protection. Employees worked on the second level as well as the roof of the third level. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards ranging from approximately 28 feet and 12 feet.
