29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a) On or about January 13, 2023, at the construction site located at 11702 N. Canterbury Dr. Mequon, WI 53092, employees were performing roofing activities on a single family residential home with no fall protection system in place and were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately nine feet.
