29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) On or before January 12, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from injury in that three employees framing the second level of a new residential house did not utilize a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet on the west side of the structure.
