29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) On or before January 12, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that five employees who were performing roofing work on a two-story residential home, with a roof pitch of approximately 6-in-12, were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 18 feet.
