Located at 3225 Blantons Pass, Lot 2394, Delaware, Ohio: On or about January 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls from the top of the first story wall framing while installing framing materials. As a result, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9-18 feet.  Candido Garcia was previously cited for a Serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1572438, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 128 Pickerington Ponds Road in Pickerington, Ohio where employees worked from the second story walls and roof without fall protection measures and were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
