Employees, working from a JLG aerial lift installing metal exterior frames, climbed the mid-rails of the basket. Employees did not stand firmly on the floor of the basket. Employees were exposed to falls. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Employees, working from a JLG aerial lift installing metal exterior frames, did nor wear body harness and tied off to the basket. Employees were exposed to fall of 15 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
