Such programs would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards such as falls during job site operations, decreasing the probability of employee injury and/or illness.

On or about January 6, 2023 at the address of 914 East Strub Rd. Sandusky OH 44870: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards while working atop a steel frame structure. Six employees performing steel erection work activities (installing metal purlin/rafters) were exposed to fall hazards of 22 feet or greater to the ground below.
